  • Once per week - $65

    Twice per week - $120

    Thrice per week - $165

    Receive one, two or three 30minute sessions weekly which include:

    • Goal setting breakdowns and blueprinting

    • Your optimal style of training matched to your goals and experience level

    • Education & knowledge specific to your current and evolving objectives

    • Technique assessments

    • Nutrition guidance and support (MNU Nutritionist certified)

    • Tangible results based training and tracking options for all goals

    • Accountability through encouragement, guidance and support

    • Personalised online programming

    All 1on1 personal training options are no lock in commitment which roll over on an ongoing week to week basis. Additionally, I have an initial 14 day money back guarantee to give you reassurance by seeing if my services are the right fit for you.

    Cancelling sessions simply requires 2 weeks paid notice in which any sessions remaining are credited and able to be redeemed within the 2 weeks notice, or have an expiry of 3 months.

    Additional options to cover more specific needs or requests are readily available and can be discussed via phone call or email.

    Cancelling your nutrition services simply requires 1 week notice if ongoing otherwise there are options for upfront payments with a specific end date in lieu of rolling over continual coaching.
